MONTH ONE

Uncover

You know you’re destined for something bigger than the life you’ve been living, but the path to get there is overgrown, untended, and unexplored. We’ll work together to dig through the weeds of where you’ve been, uncover where you want to be, and pave the route to your future.

MONTH two

Plant

Holding vision for your future is the very least you can do to actually make it happen. What you need in addition to vision is direction, focus, and a plan that guides you into a new way of being. This looks like reprogramming your mind to make your success a habit. Together we’ll rewrite your story so your life is naturally filled with flow, ease, and joy.

MONTH three

Grow

Making success a habit requires patience and practice. During our time together we’ll explore new ways of moving through your life in alignment with the future you see for yourself. This is a safe space to try new things, revisit your boundaries, and test the waters of what could be. With continued attention to your larger vision, you’ll have the tools you need to take yourself farther than you ever thought possible.

An additional two-week support window + one 90-minute intensive


BONUS SUPPORT, Nurture

Because growth doesn’t happen in a bubble, you’ll receive an additional support window after our time together. This looks like a 90-minute intensive, customized to your unique needs (we can explore deeper goal setting, hypnosis, T.I.M.E techniques, ritual building, etc.). You’ll also receive an extended 2 weeks of Voxer support should you need it.

QUESTIONS

HOW IS THIS STRUCTURED?

We'll have six bi-weekly  sessions within a three month period. Sessions are 50 minutes long. You'll also receive unlimited Voxer support between sessions.

WHAT DOES VOXER SUPPORT INCLUDE?

My Voxer office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9am-7pm CST, with the exception of Thursday. I observe Thursday as a day of rest and offline unproductivity. All Voxes will be answered within a 2 hour window during office hours and include both voice and texting support.

Does our work include business consulting?

This partnership is for Intuitive Business and Success Coaching only. While we will discuss your business and ways you can create more space, alignment, and freedom within it, our work together does not include specific business consulting.

Will this help me with my brand?

The work we do will help you feel more deeply connected to yourself. Oftentimes, many entrepreneurs feel a tie between themselves and their business, meaning that yes, in some cases this process can help breathe life into your branding. However, this is not specific brand coaching. For brand coaching please schedule a time to meet me and discuss your specific goals.

I like to call myself a joyful human. For me this means that I’m an eternal optimist, a natural reframer, and your personal cheerleader. I deeply believe that every human has the potential to meet the desires of their heart in a way that fuels them, with the outpouring being a glimmer of their unique spirit and soul. It has been my life’s journey to connect with others, using curiosity and empathy to understand their views and revel in their happiness. In addition to my natural gifts of encouragement, support, and acceptance, I am a trained coach in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, T.I.M.E Techniques, EFT, and Life & Success Coaching. I am also an award winning designer, founder and owner of our 6-figure design studio, and an Enneagram 3.

My qualifications

The Enneagram is a model of 9 personality types. Being a Type 3 means I am ambitious, a natural leader and believe in your ability to succeed. In short, believing in you is my only option.
